eLearning Design

I have experience designing instruction using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360. Recently, I’ve enjoyed using Genially.

I also have experience designing learning content using the tools within the following LMS:

  • Lessonly/Seismic

  • Canvas

  • BrightSpace

  • Moodle

  • Google Classroom

Many of the eLearning courses I’ve written are all owned by the Georgia Department of Education and cannot be reproduced in full. The video below is a walk-through of the course components for a course I authored in 2019 called Social Emotional Learning in the Online and Blended Classroom.

I designed this interactive eLearning to help team members understand the basics of equity and stock options. The goal was to simplify a complex financial topic, build foundational knowledge, and instill confidence to continue learning independently.

  • Collaboration: Partnered with HR and Finance subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company messaging.

  • Design Approach: Applied adult learning theory and microlearning principles to break down financial concepts into digestible, scenario-based interactions.

  • Impact: Provided employees with a trusted resource that reduced repeated “101-level” questions to HR/Finance and empowered team members to engage in informed conversations about equity.
